What a ride. Who would have though that when Xantium started XS with a handful of friends and a free web server that years later, we’d be the biggest site (well.. 2 sites) in the world for what we do.

It never ceases to amaze me.

So.. as a new member to Forums.xbox-scene.com what can you expect? Well.. a lot of information. Almost too much info. You can also expect many who have come before you to take shots at you and any perceived noobness you expose. Let it role of your back.. and enjoy the site. The majority of the members will take your hand and guide you to the top of the mountain.

As a new member to the XS forums, you’ll be well advised to take your time, read, read, and read some more. Nothing says you have to do it all in one day. Frankly, it would be foolish to try.

Some personal advice I can give would be to avoid the “free” exploits and the “easy” auto installers. Eventually.. people will come back and cry when their soft modded/exploited box takes a shit and dies cause they goofed the “perfect” installation process/instructions. Same with auto installers. What will you do if it “breaks” during an install and you don’t even know what it was doing?

Take your time. Buy a chip. Check out the sponsors on the News page at www.Xbox-Scene.com. Only those listed there are XS SPONSORS!!!

Buy your Chip… read the instructions.. and download the dashboards and apps of your choice and learn to install them one at a time. In a few days.. you will be an expert.. and you’ll snub your nose at Exploit/Autoinstaller users like the rest of us.

I still learn new stuff daily on XS. No one knows it all.. although.. from their posts. Many will sure act like it. For me.. so much of this stuff is like magic. I just thank god that a lot of geeks and nerds made all this simple enough for a forklift driver from Canada to understand.

Boo hoo.. you are banned. Boo Hoo.. you are shitlisted. Who cares. Grow up. “Nazi” is a sick word for anyone to use. People on IRC.. who use that.. are the ones with the problem.. not the ones they sling them at. Keep that in mind. The Holocaust.. isn’t a joke.

So.. don’t be shocked, bothered, or dismayed that the botherhood of IRC FAGS you belong to.. continues to get shitlisted.
